Biography

Since the beginning of March 2024, I have been a PhD student in Human Geography at the Department of Geosciences. I hold a master's degree in Cultural Anthropology from Uppsala University and a bachelor’s degree in Social Anthropology from Stockholm University. My current research project is part of the SNF project "" which looks at the geological dimensions of nuclear waste governance. Drawing on my background in anthropology, I use social science research methods and theories to examine nuclear waste governance in Sweden. I am particularly interested in how the subterreanean takes different discursive and material forms and becomes socio-politically significant.
